#5 How I started my day - Manifestation

Hey, thank you for being here — today's post is going to be short, but it's really important to me.

This is how I start my day.

This habit changed my life, and I think it can change yours too.

It helps me stay consistent with my journey and my goals.

What keeps me focused is writing in my journal.

Every morning when I wake up, I make my coffee and write in my journal:

3 things I'm thankful for.

3 important tasks I need to do that day to get closer to my goals.

And a powerful sentence that motivates me to start my day feeling good.

Then I write down 10 more tasks I want to get done, and try to accomplish at least 2 of the most important ones.

It only takes me 5 minutes every morning, and it's worth it every single day.

I really recommend keeping a journal like this — it keeps you focused and on track with your goals.

If you want to start a journal like this, or you already have one and want a new one, I made one myself — simple and straightforward.

You can grab it here.

It's priced to be affordable, and it's great for busy people who mainly write on their laptop, iPad, or phone.

If it gets more than 50 downloads, I'll make a hard copy version too.

Thanks for stopping by this post.

Have a nice day!
