#5 How I started my day - Manifestation

Hey thank you for being here..today's post will be very short but very important to me.

This is how I'm starting my day.

This habit changed my life and I think it can and will change your life as well.

This thing helps me be more persistence on my journey and goals ..

Its keeps me focus is to write down on my journal.

Every morning I wake up I make my coffee and write down in my journal.

I’m writing 3 things I’m thankful for.

3 important task I need to do at this day that get me closer to my goals.

And a powerful sentences that motivate me to start my day with some good feelings..

Than I’m writing 10 more tasks I need to do and try to accomplish at least 2 of the most important ones …

It’s takes me only 5 minutes every morning and it’s worth it every day..

I advise you to have this kind of journal its keeps you focused and on track on your goals..
